The temple found on the territory of the fortress is very attractive judging by the remains of richly decorations both inside and outside. Not far from the temple was the typical Roman bath built in the end of the 3 rd century. One of them is the mosaic floor made in the best traditions of the fine arts of ancient Armenia . Эта находка, открытая в 1953 году являет собой мозаику размером 2,9x2,9 метра. This 1953 find is a 2.9 x 2.9 m mosaic . The small size precious stone mosaic was inlaid on mortar. Its center shows a man's a woman's heads in rectangular frame with the words “Ocean” and “Sea” in Greek. The setting of the mosaic depicts various sea gods and fishes. The mosaic was made from 15 varieties of local stones from the Azat river canyon.
The two-storey palace and antique baths with the mosaics have survived only in ruins.
