In the middle of its current between the source from Lake Ritsa and the confluence with the Gega the river Yupshara flows along the narrow gorge which forms a deep canyon – Yupshaa Gate. The depth of the canyon is about 500 m . The rocks there stand so close that you can see only a little patch of he sky from down there. The name Yupshara Gate has a meaning. Two very high rocks standing close to each other look like a stone gate. Yupshara Gate is one of the most beautiful places in the gorge. Right on the road is a huge boulder – the Stone of Kisses. Below Yupshara Gate there is the Men's Tears Waterfall dashing from a huge height.
