The sanatorium is located on the area of Old Gagry on the seacoast. The territory is buried in verdure, cypresses, palm trees, magnolias and other exotic plants. Guests are placed in the four-floor building. In each room there is a balcony.

A meal in sanatorium is 3 times a day in a dining room. Fresh fruit and vegetables are included in the food allowance. A medical and dietary meal under the recommendation of the doctor is stipulated. Visitors are served by waiters.

Preventive treatment of diseases of system of blood circulation, diseases of nervous system, and diseases of musculoskeletal system, urological and gynecologic diseases is carried out in sanatorium.

There are sport grounds for mini-football, volleyball, table tennis, dance pavilion, cafe - bar with a view on the sea, video hall, disco, massage, library in the sanatorium. For the visitors there are a lot of excursions to lake Ritsa, Pitsunda temple, Pitsunda cape, New Athos, caves, Sukhum, and Adler are carried out.

There is an own beach at the sanatorium in 300 meters from it. The beach is equipped with all necessary for rest (parasols, plank beds). For an additional payment it is possible to take advantage of water attractions.
