The nine-floor building of a boarding house "Colchis" is located on the territory of a green park in a picturesque resort part of the city of Gagra. Territory is protected. Each floor has an extensive terrace - a sun deck. There is a lift on the beach which is in 250 m from the sea.
A meal for visitors is thrice a day in an own dining room of the hotel. Visitors are served by waiters. Fresh fruit and vegetables are included in the food allowance. There are also disco club, table tennis, and organization of excursions. TVs and refrigerators are in a hall.
