The cosy comfortable hotel which has opened its’ doors for visitors in 2005, is located directly in the center of a resort, in 500 m from rope roads. 27 perfectly equipped rooms are to the services of the visitors. From windows of each room open the most beautiful views on snow-covered tops of Gudauri. There is a restaurant in traditional Georgian style, a cosy hot chimney room and the true Russian bath.

In the hotel there are conference halls intended for carrying out of corporate actions, meetings and presentations for 30 and 20 person.

The breakfast is organized by a principle "buffet", and the supper is offered under the established menu from three dishes at the restaurant of the hotel. And in a bar of the hotel where are also traditional drinks and cocktails. The hotel is located close to the main road and has own parking.
