- Construction of metallurgical complex on repartition of scrap metal and release reinforce steel in Atyrau region (Release of metal rolling by capacity 30.000 tons a year).
- Creation manufactures of alloy steel capacity up to 30 tons per day on the basis of foundry of JSC "LMZ", Ushtobe city (Producing of alloy steel, armatures).
- Thyssen Krupp and "Basko" plans to begin construction of a complex on release of polycrystalline silicon and solar batteries in cost up to $500 million in Temirtau in 2008.
- Construction of a steel foundry on release building steel in Aktube city.
- Yuzhpolymetall plans to construct a plant on producing purified lead.
- Construction of the largest glass-manufacturing plant in the Central Asia by capacity of 840 tons per day in Kantagach.
- Construction of fire plant on processing of nickel-cobalt ores on Shevchenkovskoe and Kempirsay deposits.
