Ukraine International Airlines

Ukraine International Airlines is a Ukraine state air company with a private capital share. Its 59% of shares is owned by UIA Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, 26% by UIA Holding (both of the companies are the Lufthansa Group members) and 15% by Capital Investment Project. The air company’s main hubs are located in “Borispol” Kiev International Airport and “Lvov” International Airport named after D. Galitsky. The Company operates flights in several destinations: Ukraine — Western Europe, Ukraine— Middle East, Ukraine — the CIS, Ukraine — Asia.
