Mega-Entertainment Centre to be built in Astana for EXPO-2017

At present, the interior design of the trading centre is being completed. The main idea of the concept is a invigorating oasis in the steppe. National motives are used in the interior design.

Complicated construction solutions make the new mall a unique architectural object. One of the features of the mall is underground passes connecting the building of Nazarbaev University and the station of Bus rapid transport.

There will be built a modern Ferris wheel next to the Mega Plaza with a diameter of 55 meters. Besides, it is for the first time in Kazakhstan planned to erect indoors roller-coaster. Its length will be 400 meters, and the height more than 18. It will be possible to combine fun attractions with shopping. Visitors of the attraction will get to the highest point to see the magnificent view of the capital of Kazakhstan. In addition, the possibility of building a dolphinarium on the territory of the Mega Plaza is currently being discussed.

There will also be a resort area with an artificial lake on the territory of the Mega Plaza, with restaurants, Happylon kids ground, ten-hall cinema and ice-rink around the lake.
