In November 2014, specially for the presentation at the General Assembly of International Exhibitions Bureau, there was held the premier screen of the short advertising film about Kazakhstan timed to the upcoming exhibition EXPO-2017 in Astana. The film is about few people who open all verges of Kazakhstan – its nature, culture, science, economics and history.
In the beginning of July 2015, this film won gold in the nomination “Corporate communications: information for visitors” at the International Media Festival in Hamburg, as well as a grand-prix as the best film-presentation about the country. The film, created by the participation of “Astana EXPO-2017”, succeeded 37 other candidates.
The jury of the festival in Hamburg commented the film as “The great discovery. Nature, culture, technology, everyday life – all filmed beautifully. The main characters produce the real impression, of real people. All central points have their own, individual rhythm and leave space for emotions.
