“Recommended by EXPO-2017” program aims to prepare high-class service industry during EXPO-2017 that will be held in Astana from June 10 to September 10, 2017. According to the evaluation of the level of offered services among ten touristic companies, hotels Soluxe Hotel Astana, Radisson Hotel Astana, Astana Marriott and restaurant Korean House were awarded the first place. The second place award was given to the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Astana, and the third to the Ibis Hotel Astana, Grand Park Esil Astana and the Duman hotel complex. Peshnan patisserie received a certificate of the “Partner of Astana city”.
Advantages of receiving the official partner status of Astana are advertising on the websites of Akimat (City Hall) of Astana, Astana Convention Bureau, priority stands in the airport and railway station stalls, etc.
Partnership program of Astana “Recommended by EXPO-2017” was launched in October 2015. The program requirements to the level of service were worked out. They were based on the acting legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international experience. All hotels, catering facilities providers and service industry enterprises may participate in the program. To date, more than 50 applications has been received.
