The construction of International airport is started at the territory of Issyk-Kul Oblast, not far from Tamchy village. Russian companies are ready to invest USD 300 million to tourism development at Issyk-Kul area.
- Russia and Kyrgyzstan have signed the contract on construction of the Moscow Cultural-Business Center Moscow House.
- In March 2006 the construction of cement plant was started. The plant area will be 30 hectares.
- Artis Global Co. Ltd South Korean Company has started the construction of modern housing complex- the Microdistrict Artis Town for 1400 apartments.
- The construction of grate oil refinery in Karabalta town is planned for 2007.
- The construction of Kyrgyz-Kazakh turnpike Chyrpykty-Chon Kemin- Kaskelen is in progress, which will allow significant shortening the distance for visiting the recreation area of Kyrgyzstan Issyk-Kul Lake.
- At present 9 municipal houses and 10 schools are commissioned in Osh city, and many other objects.
