In view of the festivity in honor of Holiday of Spring ushered in New Year in China, the state Kyrgyz-Chinese border will be temporary closed for the period from 9 through 17 February 2013.
The press-center of the State Border Guard Service of Kyrgyzstan reports that the operation of the “Torugart-Road” and “Irkeshtam-Road” checkpoints will be suspended by the Chinese party’s initiative.
The passage through the border will be resumed from 18 February.
