Ivan Sergeyevich Turgenev (1818 – 1863)
Ivan Sergeyevich Turgenev is by right the classic Russian and world’s literature. Educated Russians were very fond of reading Turgenev’s works. Having grasped the subtleties of societal relationships, he created a gallery of characters in his novels “Rudin”, “The Nest of the Gentry”, “On the Eve”, “Asya”, and "The Torrents of Spring”.
