Since 1974, the hotel has been bearing the name Tbilisi Guesthouse. In 2006 after the reconstruction, the hotel passed into hands of FGUP Melodia. Five-storey building of the hotel is perfectly located in a five-minute walk from historical attractions and business centers of the capital. This hotel once belonging to the Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation was built in 1970. It is located not far from the “Mosfilm” studio, several embassies and MSU. The building has 11 floors. It offers 115 rooms of various categories. In the late 90-ies, the hotel was fully reconstructed and reequipped. Now all rooms have TV sets and telephones, refrigerators and safes.
