Why Uzbekistan?
The Republic of Uzbekistan is the country with population of 25,8 million and the area of 447,000 sq.km. Rates of growth of gross national product for the first six months have made 9,7%, rate of inflation 2,7%, industrial production has increased by 11,6%, release of consumer goods - on 19%, construction works - on 20,5%. Adapted investments of capital has increased by 40,2%, 63,9% of general value of adapted investments directed to production industry. During the fist quarter 155 new large-scale and small-scale enterprises were commissioned, in the second quarter 117 objects were commissioned.
Uzbekistan is the only one state in Central Asia that produce motor transport. “UzDaewoo Auto” JSC was established in 1992, commercial production began in July, 1996. The plant produces five models of cars - Lacetti, Nexia, Damas, Tico, Matiz.
“GM Daewoo” sign strategic cooperation agreement provides for integration of “UzDaewoo Auto” into “General Motors” / “GM Daewoo” global system. The other project on the buses and lorries production is successfully implemented in Uzbekistan – “SamAuto” LLC.
Motor-car industry of Uzbekistan consists of the tens of modern enterprises uniquely equipped. It allows to produce the output that meet the highest world standards, flexibly and quickly reset the production. Development of motor-car industry in many respects is a powerful impulse for the successful development of many adjoining branches.
The youngest and at the same time intensively developing branch of the modern Uzbekistan is open for the successful and mutually beneficial cooperation. The development of the new branch requires modem technology introduction, effective search of raw material suppliers, investors for joint production of deliverables and spare parts for industries.
AutoMotorShow Uzbekistan 2008
AutoMotorShow Uzbekistan is the only one automobile exhibition in Uzbekistan. Annually the exhibition assembles leading manufacturers and dealers of motor industry, introduces manufacturing methods of automobiles, spare parts and accessories. It is an excellent opportunity for exchange of experience, establishment of new business contacts and supporting existing relations, analysis of market conditions and production competitiveness.
