Beauty Uzbekistan & AestheticMed 2012 is an international exhibition for the beauty and aesthetic medicine exhibition, which will take place within TIHE 2012, the 17th Uzbekistan International Healthcare Week.

Uzbekistan: facts and figures

Population: 28.3 million people, the most populous country in Central Asia.
Area: 447,000m². Uzbekistan shares borders with Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
In Uzbekistan there are more than 8350 healthcare institutions, including 3825 hospitals, 3825 outpatient facilities, and 3479 rural medical and outpatient clinics. Four specialised national centres for cardiology, surgery, microsurgery and urology have been established and are successfully operating. In Uzbekistan, the number of private healthcare establishments is increasing. Among private clinics, dental and cosmetology clinics dominate. There are 4000 private medical institutions in the region.
