Pilaf is one of the most famous dishes of Azerbaijani cuisine. The Azerbaijani traditionally cook rice separately from the base adding it only when serving the pilaf up.
Menu "Plov House", as the name implies, is mainly consists of various pilafs with toppings suited to every fancy: from meat to fruits. Besides pilaf the menu also offers vegetable and meat salads, hot dishes of poultry and meat, steaks, kebabs, saj, char-grilled chicken, cabbage rolls and khingal. Guests can also choose tea (to pilaf), freshly squeezed fruit juice, compote, and various alcoholic beverages.
The dining room of the Plov House Restaurant is decorated in an oriental style: with colorful carpets and picturesque paintings enriching the walls. In warm season, you can sit on a cozy summer terrace, enjoying a meal and live music.
