The World Nomad Games are an international competition, where athletes and sportsmen from around the world participate in different Central Asian games that have existed for centuries, including races, horse games, hunting, and wrestling. Tour itinerary:

Day 1, Sept 1, Sa: Bishkek – arrival
 
Arrival in Bishkek, transfer to the hotel. After some rest you will have guided sightseeing tour, you will visit Oak Park, Ala-Too Square, Philarmonic hall, Statue of Manas, Victory Square and Oriental market – Osh bazaar. After lunch, transfer to the Ala-Archa National Park (40 km). You will be in the alpine gorge through which the fast flowing Ala-Archa River runs, flanked by tall, snow-covered, peaks with steep-sided, forested, mountain slopes. Hiking in the gorge.
Transfer to Bishkek. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2, Sept 2, Su: Bishkek – Cholpon-Ata
 
Transfer from Bishkek to Cholpon-Ata (260 km) along the north shore. On the way stop to see Burana tower, remnants of the ancient city Balasagun (11 – 13th centuries).
Dinner and overnight at the hotel on the shore of Issyk-Kul Lake.

Day 3, Sept 3, Mo: Cholpon-Ata
 
During two days (today and tomorrow) you will have a chance to visit not only beautiful and scenic places of Issyk-Kul region, but you will also watch interesting national sport games at the World Nomad Games that have deep historical roots.
You will see such games as Kok-Boru, Toguz Korgool, Kurosh, horse racing, eagle/dog hunting, archery and the others. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4, Sept 4, Tu: Cholpon-Ata – Karakol
 
After breakfast continue watching the games. Transfer to Karakol. On arrival, free time. Dinner in Uigur family. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5, Sept 5, We: Karakol – Jeti Oguz – Kochkor
 
After breakfast sightseeing tour: visiting the wooden Russian-orthodox church, Dungan mosque and transfer to Jeti Oguz gorge (40 km) translated from Kyrgyz language as “Seven bulls”. The symbolic name is due to a 35 m long wall of seven huge red-brown cliffs resembling ranked furious bulls standing together.
In front of the cliffs, there are flat mountain slopes, thickly overgrown with grass and pine trees. Especially romantic look has the rock "Broken Heart" located at the entrance to the gorge. Jeti Oguz is also famous for radon and hydrogen sulfide enriched hot springs. In the place they hit out of the ground, at an altitude of 2200 m, there is a resort.
Drive to Kochkor by south side of Issyk-Kul Lake. Dinner and overnight in the home stay.

Day 6, Sept 6, Th: Kochkor – Son-Kul
 
After breakfast riding towards Son-Kul lake, Batai Aral yurt camp. On the way you will enjoy a beautiful scene to Kilemche jailoo.
The pass to Son-Kul itself is rocky and adventurous, but at the same time it is exciting.
You cross high mountains where you will have a wonderful view to Son-Kul Lake. It is situated at a height of 3013 m above sea level and surrounded by beautiful mountains. It is a great place where you can experience a nomadic life style and relax from busy city life. On arrival, you will be free to explore and enjoy the virgin nature of the lake and its surroundings. You will have dinner and overnight in Kyrgyz yurts. It is made of a wooden skeleton, covered with felt coverings.

Day 7, Sept 7, Fr: Son-Kul – Bishkek
 
At 09:00 transfer to Bishkek. On arrival free time for rest. Farewell dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8, Sept 8, Sa: Bishkek – departure
 
Transfer to the airport. End of the tour.
