Head of the Tourism Department of Kygyzstan Maksad Chakiev suggests, that in 2015 the tourists flow in Kyrgyzstan will increase to 10%. One of the reasons is visa-free regime in Kyrgyzstan.
Moreover, as reported by the news agency K-News, there will be created conditions for unimpeded border crossing of tourists in the nearest time. Information on hotline will be available at the admission points, where foreign guests will be able to ask for help. Contact details of MIA, MFA, Tourism Department and other agencies will be included.
Last Wednesday, at the presentation of the Program on development of tourism in Kyrgyzstan for 2015-2017, M. Chakiev said that by 2017 Kyrgyzstan plans to open the representative office in 6 countries of Europe, South-East Asia and USA. There is already representative tourism agency in South Korea, and in May this year, one will be opened in Turkey.
One of the main points of the Program on Development of tourism for 2015-2017 presented at the meeting is organization of negotiations on leading the policy of “open air” for Kyrgyz air carriers in the countries of the EU. This would not only stimulate the development of the tourism sphere in the country, but also influence on the price drop of the air tickets.
