A close-knit and mobile Advantour team was persistently striding up from Tashkent-Brichmulla highway, located at the height of 1,600 meters above sea level to the Aksay gorge - to the waterfall and birchwood at the altitude of 2,000 meters, along the path, from generation to generation, brining mountain tourists to Big Chimgan (3309 m), visible from the windows of high-rise buildings in Tashkent.
Teambuildings are, indeed, different. Having pizza together is also a kind of teambuilding. But moving with your colleagues in echelon one after another is quite another thing. To make our way through blooming mountain grass, carry, in turn, behind shoulders, knapsacks with provisions, encourage and help one another is hundred times better. Four hundreds meters of height is about three kilometers by trail. First, it leads to a wide gorge, gradually climbing higher and higher. Then, the gorge is becoming narrower, to the right there are giant slabs of stones carved by nature itself, and a snowfield in the Aksay ravine. Snow in the year’s hottest time is simply amazing, so are the red-and-yellow tulips at the very edge of snow. Thus, helping one another, Advantour reaches the birchwood, where the kings and queens of tourism, tired but terribly pleased and proud gets a spring with ice water, tasting better than that of Dilijan, awaiting them. A tea of spring water, brewed on mint growing nearby, braces up in a special way. Our spirit is the same as if we have conquered Mount Everest for the sixth consecutive time. And hunter sausages fried on twig over a fire nearby the 30-meter waterfall seem more delicious than lamb en brochette.

Then there will be a descent (and sometimes even roll snow downhill). After a joint conquering, though small, but yet a peak, the Advantour team manifests still a sea-ocean of energy to start valley-ball battles on the sand of the recreation area Avenue Park and inspire sweet fear in the hearts of the swimming pool visitors with its high-speed heats.
And you keep on saying: “pizza”. Mountain, swimming pool and volleyball - that's where the foundation of our success is.
