About the Contemporary Choreography and Sporting Dance Contest: 

This is a sports project which presents a splendid opportunity for young professional and amateur talents aged from 5 to 25. Besides diplomas and prizes, the Fund Forum awards special development grants to the best teams.

This contest – a sports project launched by the Fund Forum – helps youngsters, both amateurs and professionals (aged 5 to 25), to hone their dancing and sporting skills. The International Contest is a good opportunity for dance teams to show off their talent on the big stage and get an objective assessment by the jury.

The Teams will present their performances in such areas as:

• Sports and ballroom dancing;
• Folk dances;
• Street-dance;
• Modern dance (free-style);
• And sports acrobatics and calisthenics.

A jury composed of leading experts and artists will judge the participants in the following criteria: the artistic and choreographic content of the performance, plastic and technique, emotionality, expressive acting of performers, the unity of the compounds of choreography, music and costumes.

The contest takes place in several stages: qualifying rounds and final gala to announce the winners. The winners of the contest are awarded diplomas, grants and prizes from the organizers of the project.
