An exciting Cultural 2-Day Tour to Fergana Valley is a tour for those who are willing to learn more about the culture of this picturesque country of fertile plains and snowy peaks. The palaces, madrasahs and mosques of Kokand, the landmarks of Andijan – are a bright proof of the times of unprecedented cultural and economic upturn of the state, once existed there. In the Fergana Valley, you will visit Rishtan, the homeland of skillful masters, who over a period of 800 years, have been keeping a secret of Rishtan azure ceramics which uses paints prepared only from natural indigenous components. From time immemorial, Fergana was also famous for its silk. In the course of the tour you will visit one of the silk producing centers, found in Margilan.

Tour Summary:

Day 1: Tashkent - Kokand - Rishtan - Fergana
Drive to Fergana Valley (4 hours). On the way sightseeing in Kokand. Visit the Khudoyar-Khan Palace, Jami mosque, Kamol-Kazy madrasah, Damai-Shakhon and Madari-khan necropolis. After lunch drive to Rishtan and visit pottery workshops in Rishtan. Continue driving to Fergana. Check in to the hotel, free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Fergana - Margilan - Andijan - Tashkent
Continue sightseeing Fergana Valley, visit Fergana and Silk Making Factory in Margilan. Then drive to Andijan via Quva where you can see ruins of an old city Quva. In Andijan visit Bobur museum, Juma mosque central bazaar and Bobur park. In the afternoon return to Tashkent. Transfer to hotel.
