Swiss high-end hotel chain “Swissotel Hotels & Resorts” has begun preparations for the construction of a luxury deluxe hotel in Baku, - reports “Turprom” information group.
The “Swissôtel Baku” project consists of 160 meter-high two towers, established on a podium. The towers will house offices, shops, restaurants, 149 rooms and suites, as well as living quarters Swissôtel Living with 45 furnished apartments and 80 residences Swissôtel Residences. The new hotel will be located on a hill in the Baku picturesque residential district, near the House of Parliament.
The opening of “Swissôtel Baku” is scheduled for 2015. It will be put into operation right by the beginning of the first European Olympic Games in Baku.
