The Cultural tour 1 program includes visiting the center of modern capital Bishkek, ruins of ancient city Balasagyn, ancient temples in Karakol and petroglyphs in Cholpon-Ata. You will enjoy fascinating trips to incredibly beautiful Jety-Oguz gorges, Fairy-Tale and Dzuuka gorge, where you may swim in healing springs, you will also ride by horse along Tamgin gorge and watch falconry in Bokombaevo.

Tour Summary:
Day 1: Airport – Bishkek
Arrival to Bishkek, transfer to the hotel. Sightseeing tour: Oak Park , Ala -Too Square, Philarmonic hall, Statue of Manas, Victory Square . Overnight in the hotel.
Day 2: Bishkek – Ala-Archa – Bishkek
After breakfast transfer to the Ala-Archa National Park (40 km). You will be in the alpine gorge through which the fast flowing Ala-Archa River runs. The gorge is flanked by tall, snow-covered, peaks with steep-sided, forested, mountain slopes. You will start your walk from the alpine camp (2200 m) to Ak-Sai waterfall–the height is 35 m (2700 m). The path goes through conifer forest and alpine meadows. Picnic. Return back to the alpine camp. Transfer to Bishkek. Overnight at a guest house.
Day 3: Bishkek – Issyk-Kul
In the morning transfer to Issyk-Kul Lake ( 260 km ). En route visit Burana tower, which marks the original site of the Karakhanid town, Balasagun. Continue driving to Issyk-Kul . Arrival to Issyk-Kul , accommodation in a hotel on the North Shore of Issyk-Kul Lake .
Day 4: Issyk-Kul – Karakol
Drive to Karakol. In Cholpon-Ata visit open-air art gallery of stone, said to date from 500 BC – 100 AD, they depict wolves, long-horned ibex, goats, horses, snow leopards, sacrifices and some hunting scenes. Visit the wooden Russian-orthodox church, Dungan Mosque and Prezhevalskiy-Museum. Experience folk music during the dinner. Overnight in Karakol.
Day 5: Karakol – Jety-Oguz gorge, Juuka – Tamga
In the morning drive to Jety-Oguz gorge, which is a lush valley with some striking red sandstone rock formations (the “seven Bulls” from which the valley takes its name). Picnic. Next stop is in Juuka gorge where you can take a radon bath. Overnight in Tamga guesthouse.
Day 6: In Tamga
In the morning horseback riding tour in the gorge, during the tour you may see the famous stones with Tibetan inscriptions and ride along the southern shore of the lake. Lunch in the guesthouse. After lunch drive to “Skazka”, fantastic gorge with red mountain formations. One of the best views on the Issyk-Kul Lake is guaranteed. Overnight in Tamga guesthouse.
Day 7: Tamga – Bishkek
Transfer to Bishkek ( 320 km ). On the way visit Bokonbaevo, where you will experience the procedure of making felt carpets and eagle hunting show. Continue driving to Bishkek. Farewell dinner. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 8: Bishkek – Airport
Transfer to the airport ( 30 km ), departure.
