Almaty has launched a new Tourist Card, the Almaty Pass Almaty has launched a single plastic card for tourists (the “Almaty Pass”) that will replace tickets for public transport, museums, and other tourist facilities, as well as provide discounts on restaurants and hotels. The pass is valid for 72 hours starting from the activation.

Three types of Almaty Pass are available: S, M, and L. These offer different service packages :
