Owing to its summer terrace, decorated with bamboo, "Jalal-Abad" is considered one of the best teahouses in Bishkek, that offers inexpensive Kyrgyz and other national dishes. You can taste the best chicken samosa just for 10 soms and the best barbecue in the city. The signature dish here is Kuurdak (fried meat with potatoes).
