The center for assistance to handicapped people “Khayot” (“Life”) is the non-commercial and non-governmental institution, which exists in Samarkand since 1999.
The profile of the center is:
- development of recommendations on integration of handicapped people and their families into the society;
- assistance in protection of rights and legal interests of handicapped people and their families;
- holding of charitable events in favor of handicapped people.
The Center “Khayot” conducts the action for the purpose of assistance and support of handicapped people.
Being disable, these people are undoubtedly very talented and engage in the production of various souvenirs and craftworks, which are the real masterpieces and not worse than works of famous masters.
Visiting Samarkand, you can acquire these souvenirs, and thereby help those people, who need your support.
