Starting March 19th, citizens of these countries can visit Armenia for 180 days in a calendar year without needing a visa.

Shavarsh Kocharyan, a Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, noted that visa free regimes help to not only boost growth in the tourism industry, but also help people get to know the culture and history of Armenia and to support new ventures in the country.

Armenia already has visa free policies in place for citizens of 45 countries, including the US, Japan, the European Union, and many countries from the CIS, the Middle East, and South America.
