Our concierge service fee is US$40 for the first ticket and US$30 for each additional ticket for the same destination. Purchasing train tickets involving Armenian trains is not automated and requires an arduous manual process. As a travel company, we have the exclusive right to purchase tickets on your behalf with only a photocopy of your passport (any other persons or entities will need to have your physical passport to buy tickets). Following a personal consultation to establish your travel requirements and the processing of your payment, your travel consultant must receive a stamp of confirmation from personnel at the train station to authorize the use of a passport photocopy before standing in line at a separate cashier’s desk to be issued your paper ticket—this paper ticket is necessary for travel.
Additionally, we offer ticket delivery: Pick-up at our office or delivery to hotels within Yerevan is free. You may also order airport transfer service for US$20 and receive your tickets from the driver.
The prices include the base ticket price plus the concierge service fee for the first ticket.
What does our concierge service include?
Upon receiving your request, our travel consultants will:
• Provide End-to-End Travel Support: We will work with you to understand your travel requirements and advise you on the best train ticket options. Our support and advice is not limited to train travel—we are happy to advise you on all things travel including sights, accommodation options, visa requirements/paperwork, logistics, scheduling, and so on.
• Purchase Tickets for You: After establishing your travel requirements, we will process your payment. Once we have received payment and a copy of your passport, a consultant will liaise with personnel at the train station to receive a stamp of confirmation that the passport photocopy is valid for ticket purchasing—as a travel company, we have the exclusive ability to use a copy and not your physical passport for purchasing. This photocopy, along with the corresponding stamp, must then be presented at the cashier’s desk to receive the paper ticket necessary for travel. Due to the nonautomated nature of this process for all travelers, consultants are subject to long waits. This price also includes all taxes and fees.
• Notify You Upon Ticket Purchase: Please note, tickets are subject to availability. If there is no availability on your preferred train, we will advise you on alternative options (alternative dates, trains, or modes of transportation) and work to provide you with a seamless travel experience.
