Training on Managing Tourist Expectations

From 23 to 28 February, Advantour organised a series of training sessions on managing tourist expectations for guides in Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva. The programme was developed by an international hospitality expert with extensive experience in the American tourism market.

More than 75 professional guides conducting tours in English, Spanish, Italian and French took part in the training. During the sessions, participants analysed real-life working situations, strengthened intercultural communication skills, reviewed guest expectations and reinforced service standards.
