Offerings include Arabica, Robusta, Liberica, red and yellow bourbon, mocha, Santos, and more, with a special highlight of coffee brewed in a turbine over heated sand. The showstopper is the annual spectacle of finely ground coffee brewed over an open fire in a huge jezve, adding a touch of dramatic flair.
