We would like to offer visiting the Alexander Nevsky Lavra in addition to the standard guided city tour.
The construction of the monastery dates back to the founding of St. Petersburg. The monastery area contains two baroque churches, a majestic Neoclassical cathedral consecrated to the Holy Trinity and other numerous structures of less importance. It also contains the Lazarev and Tikhvin Cemeteries, where there are the tombs of Lomonosov, Suvorov, Karamzin, Mussorgsky, Tchaikovsky, Dostoevsky and other Russian celebrities.
The tour is private with your personal guide. There will be no other people joining the tour.
Our guides will follow your own pace.
The starting time of the tour is up to you and may vary from 09.00 am to 16.00 pm.
We are happy to offer this tour for air/train passengers too. Our guide will meet you at the arrival station.
