Hayat Medical Centre in Tashkent has been providing exemplary medical services since 2015. Thanks to highly qualified specialists and high-tech equipment from leading world manufacturers, Hayat has gained a reputation for the accurate diagnosis, effective treatment and speedy recovery of its patients, a reputation indicated by its role as a leading organizer of medical stations and emergency care at Tashkent city events.

The clinic is distinguished by its patient-centered care, with the comfort and convenience of its clients remaining a top priority. Consider some of the highlights of Hayat Clinic:

  • Accessible location and convenient work hours (8am-6pm from Monday-Saturday);
  • An on-site laboratory with high-quality equipment, which saves patients the hassle of running across town for lab work;
  • A fully equipped hospital -including extra comfortable patient rooms - which is staffed with attentive personnel;
  • A physiotherapy department which offers a wide range of services and is furnished with the latest equipment.

Most importantly, every doctor at Hayat is a highly qualified specialist in their area of expertise. All physicians remain on the Hayat campus during work hours, allowing visitors to make quick appointments and receive timely diagnoses. Hayat Medical Centre also holds annual medical conferences and even offers free monthly consultations with international specialists.

The multidisciplinary clinic consists of five divisions:

A polyclinic is staffed with highly ranked cardiologists, gastroenterologists, urologists, gynecologists, surgeons, endocrinologists, therapists, neurologists, otorhinolaryngologists (ENT), ophthalmologists, pediatricians and allergists. Each specialist, including Doctors of Science and candidates of this post-doctoral degree, is engaged not only in patient care but in teaching and medical research.

Hayat patients have a unique opportunity to benefit from cutting-edge treatments and innovative medical technology. One of the most developed branches of Hayat’s polyclinic is its ENT department, which employs a treatment plan combining medication, ultrasound diagnostics and physiotherapy. This ward is equipped with delicate equipment for the inspection and visualization of the ear, nose and throat and includes a special children's ENT room, fancifully called the Dolphin Cabinet. In the Dolphin Cabinet, a fun and soothing atmosphere noted for its dolphin figures helps little patients to overcome their fear of doctor visits.

A diagnostic department is equipped with new and exemplary equipment, including a 1.5 Tesla MRI (Philips), digital X-ray machine (Siemens), ultrasound equipment (Philips, Siemens) and a laboratory (Roche). Electrocardiograms, EEG monitoring, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM), electromyography (EMG) and Holter monitoring may all be performed in the diagnostic department.

The innovative equipment of the radiology department allows for special diagnostic procedures, including contrast studies, 3D and 4D ultrasounds, elastography, whole body imaging, tractography, brain perfusion scans, angiography and more. In the nationally acclaimed Department of Radiology, patients are monitored by Professor Remuler, a Doctor of Medicine from the Czech Republic.

The surgical ward consists of four multidisciplinary operating rooms in which surgeries of every complexity can be performed. Each state-of-the-art room is air-conditioned, sterile, environmentally friendly and equipped with ultra-durable materials, while the operating unit halls have highly efficient air purification systems. Equipment and highly-trained staff in the intensive care unit stand ready to provide full emergency care, while separate rehabilitation wards allow for full patient recovery.

Luxury in-patient facilities include ultra-comfortable single and double rooms which are on par with a 4-star hotel. Amenities include spacious luxury wards and apartments, a private dry bar, cozy terrace, beautiful summer gardens and quiet greenhouses designed to facilitate the comfort of patients and their families. Responsive staff monitor the health of patients around the clock while the chefs of Hayat Medical Center, who gained years of experience in Moscow restaurants, provide five healthy, delicious meals a day in accordance with each patient’s prescribed diet.

A highlight of Hayat Medical Centre is the outdoor activities which are made available for free to patients. Bicycle rides, walks, fishing on a spacious promenade, workouts on simulators and relaxation in the winter pool and Turkish hammam all contribute to patient recovery. In accordance with the clinic’s all-inclusive payment system, anyone who registers for the ten-day, in-house treatment plan is eligible for physiotherapy and all aquatic activities as well as for examination by clinic specialists in the coming year.

The physiotherapy and rehabilitation center is an integral part of treatment at Hayat, helping to accelerate recovery from sports injuries and various rheumatological, neurological, gynecological and pulmonological ailments. Services are offered to both day and overnight patients and include massage, acupuncture, electrophoresis, lymphatic drainage, shock wave therapy, intestinal irrigation, SPA capsule treatment, extensive aquatic therapy and ultrasound, magnesium, UHF and laser therapy.

The aquatic therapy at Hayat Clinic includes hydromassage, therapeutic showers, the Charcot chair, a slip ‘n slide and a circular shower. These treatments have been known to alleviate joint and muscle pain through the weakening of spasms; improve circulation through the dilation of blood vessels; strengthen the immune system; provide relief from respiratory ailments; and even lessen the symptoms of depression, anxiety, tension, fatigue and insomnia.

A highlight of Hayat’s aquatic therapy is the pool and distinctly Turkish hammam (sauna), which helps to relax both body and mind. The hammam’s ideal temperature is maintained with steam and a marble stone that quickly heats up and holds the required temperature, which is much lower than in a regular sauna This setting allows patients to relax for long periods of time while enjoying conversation over a cup of herbal tea.

While the Turkish hammam is widely associated with relaxation, it is also very beneficial for revitalizing the skin, and therefore many people combine a visit to the sauna with cosmetic procedures and peeling. In addition to beauty treatments, visitors can also opt for a relaxing massage.

Whatever your medical concerns may be, Hayat Medical Centre in Tashkent is ready to provide you with professional and innovative care in a relaxed environment!
