Day 1: Baku – Ganja

Our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel in Baku at 08:30 to start your journey to Ganja, Azerbaijan’s second-largest city and an important cultural center. Upon arrival, begin your city tour with a visit to the Nizami Ganjavi Mausoleum, dedicated to the poet and philosopher, followed by the Shah Abbas Mosque with its impressive twin minarets. Continue to the sacred Imam-zade Mausoleum, one of the most important religious sites in the region. The tour continues with a visit to the Alexander Nevsky Russian Orthodox Church, an architectural landmark reflecting the city’s multicultural heritage. Next, see the unique Bottle House (external visit), a remarkable private house decorated with thousands of glass bottles and colorful mosaics. Conclude your sightseeing with a pleasant walk along Javad Khan Street, Ganja’s central pedestrian avenue. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Ganja – Goygol Lake – Goygol – Baku

After breakfast, drive to Goygol National Park. Visit Goygol Lake, one of the most scenic mountain lakes in Azerbaijan. Enjoy free time for walking, photos, and enjoying the natural surroundings. Continue to Goygol (formerly Helenendorf), a small town with German heritage. Have a short walk through the historic streets. In the afternoon, head back to Baku. Drop off at your hotel.
