The Memorable Xi’an Tour offers three well-structured days in one of China’s oldest cities, which served as an imperial capital for centuries and marked the eastern starting point of the Silk Road. During the tour, you will visit the city’s principal historical and religious landmarks.
Your exploration of Xi’an begins in the Muslim Quarter, including a visit to the Great Mosque. You will then travel to the Terracotta Warriors, one of China’s most recognised archaeological sites, where each figure reveals individual features and expressions. The tour programme also includes the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a walk along the Old City Wall, and other key sights. For a deeper perspective on the region’s past, the final day features a visit to the Shaanxi History Museum.

Arrive in Xi’an. Our car will pick us up and transfer us to visit the Muslim Quarter, including the Great Mosque. There are about ten mosques in this area, among which the Great Mosque is the most famous and popular. Overnight at the hotel.
Duration of sightseeing tour: 3–4 hours
Today you will be driven to the suburban area to marvel at the powerful Qin Terracotta Army, one of the world’s most important archaeological discoveries, featuring troops, horses, and chariots arranged in battle formation. Then we drive back to the city to visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, located within Daci’en Temple in the southern suburbs of Xi’an. One of the most famous ancient Chinese structures, the pagoda is widely regarded as a landmark of the city. Originally built in 652 AD during the reign of Emperor Gaozong of the Tang Dynasty (618–907 AD), it was intended to house Buddhist scriptures brought from India by the monk Xuanzang.
En route, you will have a chance to watch the fountain show at the North Plaza. On the way back to the hotel, you may plan optional evening activities, such as the Tang Dynasty Show with dinner (optional). Overnight at the hotel.
Duration of sightseeing tour: 7–8 hours
Today, we begin with a visit to the Shaanxi History Museum, known as “the pearl of Xi’an, the treasury of China”. After the museum, we visit the South Gate City Wall, the most complete city wall still standing in China and one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. A bicycle or sightseeing shuttle bus will be arranged for a circuit along the wall. Free time at leisure before transfer to the airport or train station for your next destination.
