Kyrgyzstan Rafting Tour-3

Rafting tour in Kyrgyzstan-3 is full of adventures and romance at the fire in the mountains. Accompanied by an instructor you will float down the Chu river. You will also have a horse ride in the mountains, visit picturesque gorges and have a chance to learn the nomadic culture of Kyrgyz people.

Tour itinerary:

Day 1: Bishkek
Arrival to Bishkek, transfer to the hotel. After some rest Sightseeing tour: Oak Park, Ala-Too Square, Philarmonic hall, Statue of Manas, Victory Square and Oriental market – Osh bazaar. After lunch transfer to the Ala-Archa National Park (40 km). You will be in the alpine gorge through which the fast flowing Ala-Archa River runs, flanked by tall, snow-covered, peaks with steep-sided, forested, mountain slopes. Hiking in the gorge. Return back to the alpine camp. Transfer to Bishkek. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Bishkek – Chon-Kemin
After breakfast transfer to the Chu river. This day you will meet with guides who will lead catamarans: they will tell you about catamarans and the technique of rafting, and accompany you as instructors during the rafting. Rafting on the Chu river. Lengh of rafting - 15 km. Maximum class of difficulty 3. Road is going along the river and the car will escort the group during the rafting.
Within a short period of time you will be able to get an unforgettable experience and full understanding of rafting. Meeting with driver on Burulday bridge. Picnic-style lunch. Transfer to Chon-Kemin village. Overnight in the Guest House.

Day 3: Chon-Kemin – Kalmak Ashuu Gorge
After breakfast transfer to start point the horse riding. Meeting with horseman. The horse riding takes you in Kalmak Ashuu Gorge (4-5 hours). Picnic-style lunch. The Gorge is surprisingly rich in flora. Here you can see a unique spectacle – meadows, full of flowers. Stay overnight in the tents (altitude -2500 m above sea level).

Day 4: Kalmak Ashuu Pass – Balykchy – Bishkek
After breakfast continue the horse riding. It looks like a sapphire set amongst a vast array of silver, snow-covered mountains. Further on, the route leads to the foot of the Kalmak Ashuu Pass (3447 m.). Cross the Kalmak-Ashuu Pass. Picnic-style lunch. After continue horse riding to Balykchy. Meeting with driver and transfer to Bishkek (170 km). On the way stop to see Burana tower, which is left from ancient city Balasagyn (XI - XIII). Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Bishkek – airport
Transfer to the airport. Fly home.
