Rafting tour in Kyrgyzstan: adventure tour to the rivers of Kyrgyzstan

This active tour in Kyrgyzstan will be a real holiday for those who love water and water activities. Within almost a week, you will be able to have two floats on the wild rivers of Chu and Chon-Kemin, and then have a nice rest on the beaches of the Lake Issyk-Kul. In addition to all of this, the tour program includes few excursions to cultural monuments of the country.

Tour itinerary:

Day 1: Bishkek
 
Arrival to Bishkek, transfer to the hotel. After some rest Sightseeing tour: Oak Park, Ala-Too Square, Philarmonic hall, Statue of Manas, Victory Square and Oriental market – Osh bazaar. After lunch transfer to the Ala-Archa National Park (40 km). You will be in the alpine gorge through which the fast flowing Ala-Archa River runs, flanked by tall, snow-covered, peaks with steep-sided, forested, mountain slopes. Hiking in the gorge. Return back to the alpine camp. Transfer to Bishkek. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Bishkek – Chu river – Chon-Kemin
 
After breakfast transfer to the Chu river (113 km), where you will start the rafting.. This day you will meet with guides who will lead catamarans: they will tell you more about catamarans and the technique of rafting. Rafting on the Chu river. Lengh of rafting - 15 km. Maximum class of difficulty 3. Road is going along the river and the car will escort the group during the rafting.
Within a short period of time you will be able to get an unforgettable experience and full understanding of rafting. Meeting with driver on Burulday bridge. Picnic-style lunch. Transfer to Chon-Kemin village. Overnight in the Guest House.

Day 3: Rafting Chon-Kemin river – Issyk-Kul
 
After breakfast transfer to Tort Kul village (15 km). This day you will meet with guides who will lead catamarans: they will tell you more about catamarans and the technique of rafting. Rafting on the Chon-Kemin river. Lengh of rafting - 25 km. Maximum class of difficulty 4. Road is going along the river and the car will escort the group during the rafting. Picnic-style lunch. Meeting with driver and transfer to Issyk Kul. Overnight at the hotel on the North Shore of Issyk-Kul Lake .

Day 4: Issyk-Kul – Bishkek
 
After breakfast In Cholpon-Ata visit open-air art gallery of stone, said to date from V BC – VIII AD, they depict wolves, long-horned ibex, goats, horses, snow leopards, sacrifices and some hunting scenes.
Transfer to Bishkek. On the way stop to see Burana tower, which is left from ancient city Balasagyn (XI - XIII).
Farewell dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Bishkek – airport
 
Transfer to the airport. Fly home.
