Day 1: Baku – Gobustan – Baku
Meet your guide at your hotel in Baku and drive out of the city to Gobustan National Park. Pay a visit to the Petroglyphs Museum and explore petroglyphs dating back to 10,000 BC. Continue to the mud volcanoes in Gobustan Reserve that is home to almost half of the world’s mud volcanoes. Return to Baku for sightseeing tour in Old Town – Icheri-Sheher. Visit Shirvanshahs’ Palace, Maiden's Tower, Dzhuma Mosque, antiques and carpet shops. Enjoy strolling narrow streets of the Old Town. Visit Martyrs’ Lane, called ‘Shehidler Khiyabany’ among locals. When you walk through Martyrs’ Lane, you will find a beautiful view overlooking Baku’s coastline. The excursion to Gobustan and Baku will be rounded up with a drop-off at your hotel/place.
