A one-day tour from Kutaisi to the canyons of Imereti will show you that these creations of nature can give you a variety of experiences. Tour itinerary:
Kutaisi – Okatse Canyon – Martvili Canyon – Kutaisi
In the morning we will drive to Okatse Canyon, a natural monument of Georgia with scenic views. We will hike in the forest for a couple of kilometers before stepping on the bridge over the gorge of Satsikvilo river. From the bridge we will see fantastic scenery of the canyon before reaching the panorama platform with views of unbelievable beauty. We will then head back to our car and drive to Martvili canyon. On the way we will pass local villages with the eye-catching charming yards typical only to this area. Take a small boat trip inside the Canyon, see one of the nature's most wonderful creations – waterfall. Entering the gorge's another side, we will stroll over the canyon's waters watching it changing its colors on every turn and stone. This is truly one of the best places for selfies!
We will then return to Kutaisi and finish our One-Day Tour of Canyons of Imereti.
