Our 2-day Zaamin Stopover Tour is an excellent way to transform a routine road trip from Tashkent to Samarkand into a rewarding travel experience. Zaamin is a remarkable mountain region known for its pine-scented forests, centuries-old trees, and mineral springs traditionally believed to have restorative qualities. Here, nature reveals a different side of Uzbekistan – cool, tranquil, and remote.
You will leave Tashkent in the morning and reach the mountain landscapes of Zaamin by lunchtime. The program includes a walk to a waterfall, a visit to the 700-year-old Bobo-Yongok walnut tree, a cable car ride to the Suffa Plateau, and an overnight stay in a comfortable hotel under a vast, starlit sky. On the following day, you will cross a suspension bridge, try ziplining, encounter ancient junipers, and enjoy panoramic views of Zaamin National Park.
The Zaamin Stopover Tour adds depth and variety to your journey between Tashkent and Samarkand, offering a scenic and peaceful interlude within a broader exploration of Uzbekistan.
