Day 1: Guangzhou – arrival

Arrive in Guangzhou, where you will be met by our driver and transferred to the hotel.
In the evening, take a Pearl River night cruise and see Guangzhou's illuminated riverfront and skyline, including Canton Tower.

Day 2: Guangzhou

After breakfast, drive to Gulong Gorge Scenic Area near Qingyuan (70 km, 1.5 h) and visit Yuntian Boba, a mountain sightseeing area overlooking the surrounding gorge and waterfalls.
Enjoy several of the area's outdoor attractions, including the Cliff Flying Car, mountain go-karting and a mountain drifting activity.
Return to Guangzhou (70 km, 1.5 h).

Day 3: Guangzhou

Breakfast. Drive to Guangzhou BONSKI in Huadu District (40 km, 1 h), formerly known as Guangzhou Sunac Snow World. Spend time at this large indoor ski and snow park, where you can enjoy skiing and other snow-based activities.
Return to central Guangzhou (40 km, 1 h) and continue to the Fantasy Space Metaverse Experience Hall, which uses digital displays and interactive technology to create a series of virtual environments.
Later, explore Guangzhou's cultural heritage with visits to the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall and Dafo Temple (Great Buddha Temple). Finish the day at Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, one of the city's best-known historic commercial areas.

Day 4: Guangzhou – Guilin

After breakfast, transfer to the railway station and take a high-speed train to Guilin (433 km, 2-3 h).
Upon arrival, meet your guide and visit the Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas, two distinctive pagodas beside Shan Lake in the centre of Guilin.

Day 5: Guilin

Begin the day with a 3-star Li River cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo, travelling through the limestone karst scenery for which the region is known. A simple lunch box is served on board.
In the evening, watch the Golden Dragon Parade in Yangshuo, where illuminated bamboo rafts form a long dragon across the water.
After the performance, drive back to Guilin (65 km, 1.5 h).

Day 6: Guilin – Chongqing

Breakfast. Transfer to the railway station and take a high-speed train to Chongqing (750 km, 4-5 h).
Upon arrival, visit Hongya Cave (Hongyadong), a multi-level complex built into the hillside above the Jialing River.
As evening approaches, see Chongqing's distinctive cityscape, shaped by high-rise buildings, elevated roads, bridges and the city's rivers.

Day 7: Chongqing

After breakfast, begin at Jiefangbei, the commercial heart of central Chongqing, before continuing to nearby Bayi Food Street to sample local specialities.
Visit Shibati (Eighteen Steps), a restored historic neighborhood built along steep stone stairways, then stop at Liziba Station, where the monorail passes directly through a residential building.
Later, see the contemporary architecture of Raffles City Chongqing.
In the evening, watch Chongqing's drone light show over the city, subject to the performance schedule.

Day 8: Chongqing – Zhangjiajie

In the morning transfer to the railway station and take a high-speed train to Zhangjiajie (430 km, 2-3 h).
Upon arrival, visit the 72 Qilou Scenic Area, a large cultural and entertainment complex inspired by the traditional stilted architecture of western Hunan.
The area is particularly lively in the evening, when its buildings are illuminated and cultural performances take place.

Day 9: Zhangjiajie

Breakfast. Spend the day exploring Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (30 km, 40 min), part of the UNESCO-listed Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area.
Ride the Bailong Elevator to Yuanjiajie Scenic Area, known for its towering sandstone pillars and the landscapes widely associated with the film Avatar.
Continue to Tianzi Mountain (23 km, 45 min), for views across the area's distinctive quartz-sandstone peaks and valleys.
Return to the hotel.

Day 10: Zhangjiajie – Furong

Travel to Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park (55 km, 1 h 15 min).
Take the cable car up the mountain, walk along one of its glass skywalks and visit Tianmen Cave (Heaven's Gate), the large natural arch that has become one of Zhangjiajie's best-known landmarks.
After the visit, drive to Furong Ancient Town (93 km, 1.5 h), known for its traditional stilted wooden buildings and its setting above a large waterfall.

Day 11: Furong – Zhangjiajie – departure

Breakfast. Spend some time exploring the old streets of Furong Ancient Town before driving back to Zhangjiajie (90 km, 1.5 h) for your departure.
