Tour itinerary:

Day 1: Tbilisi
 
After a short and enjoyable flight from Dubai to Georgia, arrive in Tbilisi. You will be met by our driver and transferred to the hotel. Check-in at noon. Meet your guide to start a sightseeing tour in Tbilisi. First visit the Holy Trinity cathedral, one of the tallest orthodox cathedrals in the world. Continue to Metekhi church and the statue of Vakhtang Gorgasali, the founder of Tbilisi. Take a cable car to Narikala Fortress to enjoy a lovely panoramic view of the city. Walk down to the district of Sulphur bath houses passing by the only mosque in Tbilisi. Walk along the Sharden area full of narrow streets with cozy cafés and souvenir shops. Visit Sioni Cathedral, Anchiskhati Basilica, the clock tower of the famous Rezo Gabriadze Theatre, and the Bridge of Peace leading to the Rike Park.
At 19:30, visit a local restaurant to taste dishes of traditional Georgian cuisine. Local traditions, hospitality, and cuisine lean to the East.

Day 2: Tbilisi – Telavi – Shumi – Tsinandali – Telavi
 
After breakfast depart towards Kakheti region, the cradle of Georgian wine. The road lies through the beautiful Gombori pass. Visit Telavi, the administrative center of the region. Walk along charming streets of the city and take a photo stop at the monument to Erekli II and Batonis Tsikhe, the residence of the Kakhetian Kings between the 17th and 18th centuries.
Continue to Shumi Winery, located in Tsinandali Village, the country's historic center for winemaking. The Company Shumi established the "Vazioni" private wine museum, which features 294 rare, indigenous, and 92 foreign varieties of grapes. Enjoy tasty lunch and a wine tasting.
The last place we will visit today is Tsinandali, the residence of the dukes of Georgia, with a lovely English garden, museum, and wine cellar that once belonged to prince Chavchavadze, a famous public person and poet from the nineteenth century. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Telavi – Gremi – Kvareli – Sighnaghi – Bodbe – Tbilisi
 
Continue exploring the Kakheti region and Alazani valley. Check out from the hotel and drive to Gremi architectural complex, 16th-century royal residence, and the capital of Kakheti Kingdom. It is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Georgia. Continue to the unique wine cellar "Khareba", situated inside a tunnel, which was constructed for military usage, and is now used to preserve the best wines in Khareba. Wine tasting and the wine tour. Continue to Sighnaghi, the city of love, and the Royal Town, a Great Silk Road crossroads protected by 23 towering defensive walls. After lunch visit Bodbe convent, the burial place of St. Nino, who converted Georgia to Christianity in the 4th century.
Continue driving to Tbilisi. Drop off at your hotel.

Day 4: Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Kazbegi – Gudauri
 
At 08:30, depart towards Mtskheta, the ancient capital of the Eastern Georgian Kingdom of Iberia. Visit Jvari Church, an early medieval architectural masterpiece perched on a hilltop, and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, Georgia’s most sacred place, where the robe of Christ is kept. Drive to Pasanauri for lunch. Continue driving to Kazbegi. Have a photo stop at the Soviet Friendship monument. We will drive up to Gergeti Holy Trinity Church located at an altitude of 2170 m. You will enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Kazbegi (5033 m).
Return to Gudauri for an overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Gudauri – Ananuri – Gori – Uplistsikhe – Borjomi
 
At 08:30, drive to Ananuri architectural complex, a former residence of Argveti Dukes. Visit 16-17th centuries churches and towers. On the way visit Nebi - Aslanishvili Winery, where you’ll have a chance to experience traditional Georgian lunch and taste wine, produced from the local grape varieties. Arrive in Gori and visit Stalin Museum. The museum includes more than 60,000 artifacts, the house where Stalin was s born, and an impressive bulletproof train Stalin used to travel to Yalta and Potsdam. Explore cave town Uplistsikhe dating back to the Hellenistic Period. Drive to Borjomi. Take a walk in Central Park with its mineral water reserves. It will add additional joy to your tour from Dubai to Georgia. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Borjomi – Vardzia – Akhaltsikhe – Tbilisi
 
In the morning drive to the 12th-century cave city Vardzia, erected by King Tamar, to protect the southern boundaries of Georgia. Vardzia is a multi-storied complex with streets, tunnels, and stairs leading to monasteries, temples, fortresses, baths, libraries, and dwelling houses. Return to Akhaltsikhe and explore a medieval fortress Rabati, standing on a small hill on the shores of the Potskhovi River.
Drive back to Tbilisi for an overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Tbilisi – departure
 
Check-out from the hotel at noon. Free time until transfer to Tbilisi International Airport. Take a flight from Tbilisi to Dubai. End of Georgia Classic Tour from Dubai.
