Tour itinerary:

Day 1: Tbilisi – arrival, city tour
 
Arrival in Tbilisi. You will be met by our driver and transferred to the hotel. Check-in at noon.
You will start your journey in Georgia with Tbilisi city tour at Metekhi church and the monument to Vakhtang Gorgasali, the legendary founder of Tbilisi. Take a cable car to Narikala Fortress to enjoy breathtaking panoramic view of the city. Walk down to the district of Sulphur bath houses passing by the only mosque in Tbilisi. Stroll through the Sharden area full of narrow streets with cozy cafés, wine tasting bars, souvenir shops, and breathe in the living past. Visit Sioni Cathedral, Anchiskhati Basilica, and the clock tower of famous Rezo Gabriadze Theatre. Cross the Bridge of Peace to Rike Park. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Tbilisi – Ananuri – Kazbegi – Gudauri
 
At 09:00 meet your guide in the hotel lobby. Drive to Ananuri architectural complex, a former residence of Argveti Dukes. A complex featuring churches and towers dating back to the 16-17th centuries beautifully overlooking Jinvali reservoir. We will keep climbing on the Georgian Military Highway passing through the highest point of it at 2394 m above sea level. Arrive at Kazbegi, a small town with views of Mount Kazbek (or Mkinvari) 5054 m, the seventh highest peak in the Caucasus Mountains. Hike to Gergeti Trinity church. Overnight at the hotel in Gudauri.

Day 3: Gudauri – Uplistsikhe – Kutaisi
 
After breakfast, drive to Uplistsikhe Cave Town, which dates to the Hellenistic Period and is notable for its unique combination of carving styles and the co-existence of pagan and Christian architecture. Next drive to Kutaisi, the second largest city of Georgia, which according to the legend was the ultimate destination of the Jason and Argonauts searching for the Golden Fleece. Start a sightseeing tour in the second biggest city of Georgia – Kutaisi, which according to the legend was the ultimate destination of the Jason and Argonauts searching for the Golden Fleece. Visit Bagrati Cathedral (11th century), one of the best samples of medieval architecture towering over Kutaisi and visible from almost any point in the city. Walk through the old and new streets of Kutaisi center stopping by shady Kutaisi Park with numerous sculptures, Colchis Fountain, Drama Theater, and historical Green Bazaar. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Kutaisi – Okatse canyon – Martvili canyon – Batumi
 
After breakfast, drive to Okatse Canyon, a natural monument of Georgia with scenic views. Hike in the forest for a couple of kilometers before stepping on the bridge over the gorge of Satsikvilo river. From the bridge, you will see the fantastic scenery of the canyon before reaching the panorama platform with views of unbelievable beauty. Head back to the car and drive to Martvili canyon. On the way, pass local villages with eye-catching charming yards typical only to this area. Take a small boat trip inside the Canyon, and see one of nature's most wonderful creations – a waterfall. Entering the gorge's other side, stroll over the canyon's waters watching it change its colors on every turn and stone. This is truly one of the best places for selfies! Drive to Batumi. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 5: Batumi – city tour
 
In the morning drive to Batumi Botanical Garden, located on Green Cape with amazing views of the Black Sea. Established in 1880, it is the biggest and the oldest botanical garden in the South Caucasus, which hosts an incredible collection of more than two thousand tree species. Enjoy a walking tour around the old part of Batumi, visit Europe square, Piazza, Alphabetic tower, and the “Ali and Nino” statue, and take a ride on the longest ropeway in Georgia (about 6 min). Overnight at the hotel.

Driving distance: 25 km
Day 6: Free time in Batumi – train to Tbilisi
 
You can check out of your hotel at any time before noon, and then spend the day at leisure in Batumi. At 17:55, take an evening train to Tbilisi arriving at 22:50. Transfer to the hotel for overnight.
Optional activities in Batumi: dolphinarium, aquarium.
Driving distance: 10 km + 370 km by train
Day 7: Tbilisi – departure
 
Check-out from the hotel till noon. Transfer to the airport. End of the tour.
