The Protestant St. Peter Church

The exquisite church building is decorated with marble statues of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul. The building is a monument of architecture of the 19th century. It was built in 1838 by A.P. Brullov, although the first Lutheran Church in St. Petersburg appeared in 1730. In 1938 the church was turned into a vegetable storage. It was re-consecrated in September 1997.
