Tour itinerary:

Day 1, Tue: Tashkent – arrival
 
Arrive in Tashkent. You will be met by Advantour driver and transferred to the hotel. Check in after 14:00. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2, Wed: Tashkent
 
At 10 am meet your guide to start sightseeing in the capital of Uzbekistan, the biggest city in Central Asia. You begin with a visit to the Courage Monument, one of the key symbols of Tashkent’s 20th-century history. Next, you will explore the Old City part of Tashkent, with the Khast-Imam Complex, where the world-famous Quran of Caliph Uthman is preserved. You will then continue with a drive to the Rishtan Ceramics Center, located in the restored Kallakhona madrasah near Chorsu Bazaar. Next, immerse yourself in the bustling atmosphere of Chorsu Bazaar, a true eastern marketplace. Continue your journey with a ride on Tashkent's Metro, renowned as one of the most beautiful metro systems in the world, to the city center. Visit the Applied Arts Museum and stroll through Navoi Theater to reach Amir Timur Square, where your captivating Tashkent City Tour comes to an end. Free time in the evening. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3, Thu: Tashkent - Bukhara
 
At 07:30 transfer to the train station. Take the high-speed train, Afrosiyob, departing to Bukhara at 08:30 (605 km). Arrival at 12:42. Upon arrival the driver will transfer you to the hotel in Bukhara. Check in to the hotel. Spend your afternoon in fascinating Old Bukhara which is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Explore Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque and Miri-Arab Madrasah, Magoki-Attori Mosque, madrasahs of Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan, trade domes, Lyabi-Khauz Ensemble, Chor-Minor Madrasah. Enjoy free time in the evening. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4, Fri: Bukhara – Samarkand
 
At 9 am start the second day in Bukhara discovering Ark Fortress, Bolo-Khauz Mosque, Samani dynasty and Chashma-Ayub mausoleums. Then visit Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa – the summer residence of Bukhara’s last emir, unique site combining Oriental and Russian architecture. Continue to the Mausoleum of Bakhouddin Naqshbandi. At 14:40 transfer from the hotel to train station. Take the high-speed train, Afrosiyob, to Samarkand departing at 15:52, arriving at 17:25 (270 km). Upon arrival the driver will transfer you to the hotel in Samarkand. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5, Sat: Samarkand
 
At 9 am meet your guide and driver at the hotel lobby to start city tour. Visit spectacular Registan Square, remains of Bibi-Khanum Mosque, Siab Bazaar, Ulugbek Observatory, Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis and Gur-Emir Mausoleum – the mausoleum of Amir Timur. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.
Duration of sightseeing tour: 6-7 hours
Day 6, Sun: Samarkand – Tashkent
 
Check out from the hotel till noon. Continue sightseeing: visit Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis and Tomb of Saint Daniel. Then drive to Konigil village to explore traditional way of making Samarkand paper from mulberry. Enjoy free time with car and driver at your disposal after sightseeing tour. At 16:00 transfer to the train station. Take the high-speed Afrosiyob train departing to Tashkent at 17:00 (300 km); arrival at 19:10. Pick-up and transfer to the hotel.

Day 7, Mon: Tashkent – Chimgan – Tashkent
 
At 09:00 in the morning, depart to Chimgan Mountains (80 km, 1.5-2 h.). You will be driving the road lying in picturesque surroundings full of local villages, gardens, and streams.
Arrive at Amirsoy bottom parking and take the Amirsoy Express cable car (15min), which offers stunning views as it ascends to the main resort.
Arrive at Amirsoy resort nestled in the snowy landscapes. Switch to another cable car (15min) to reach the Kumbel Ridge (2,300 m).
From this vantage point, you can clearly see the surrounding mountains, including peak known as 'Big Chimgan' (3,300 m). After enjoying panorama views, descend to Amirsoy Resort, where you can have lunch and free time, ride ATV cars or snow tubing, and explore the area, for children there is a playground.
Then transfer to the Chimgan camp site, where, if you wish, you can ride horses along the gorge at the foot of the mountain.
Transfer to Charvak reservoir viewpoint (37 km, 45min), on the way stop for some snacks shopping at Bochka parking lot. After enjoying the view and taking some pictures, return to Tashkent. (90 km, 1.5 h.).
Drop off at the hotel at 17:00-17:30. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8, Tue: Tashkent – departure
 
Check-out from the hotel at noon. Free time until transfer to Tashkent International Airport. End of the 8-day Uzbekistan Winter Group Tour.
