I had a truly wonderful trip in Uzbekistan and feel very fortunate to have had such a special experience. Everything went very smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the tour overall.
All of the guides I met during the trip were kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and I was very happy with their support. I would especially like to mention Islom and Munira, who made my experience particularly memorable.
Islom was very polite and always paid attention to how I was feeling physically. He was also flexible and adjusted the sightseeing plan when necessary. At the Shah-i-Zinda Ensemble, he answered my question about why the tiles are blue. He also introduced me to a samosa restaurant where I could experience more of the local atmosphere, which I really enjoyed.
Munira was also an excellent guide. Her Japanese was very fluent, and I enjoyed talking with her. Her explanation of Mashkab at Chashma-Ayub was particularly interesting, as it was something I would not have learned simply by researching on my own in Japan.
The guides did not simply explain the sights from a textbook perspective. They helped me understand Uzbekistan through stories, local experiences, and historical context that I would have found difficult to learn on my own in Japan. This was one of the things that made the trip especially meaningful for me.
I would also like to give special thanks to Farhod. He was an excellent driver, and even during the long drives, I did not feel carsick. He was cheerful, humorous, and easy to talk to, so I actually enjoyed the long journeys because of our conversations.
The other drivers were also reliable, and all the transfers went smoothly.
I was very satisfied with all the hotels. They were clean, conveniently located, and the staff were very hospitable. I also enjoyed the breakfasts, which had a good variety of food and were delicious.
I was very impressed with the overall arrangements. My requests, including my seat preferences for the train and flight and the packed breakfast in Tashkent, were all understood and communicated to the local staff.
The coordination between the guides, drivers, and hotels was very smooth. I also thought the itinerary was very well designed, with a good balance between sightseeing and free time. I never felt rushed.
The Jaloliddin Manguberdi train was also a memorable part of the trip, and I was glad that this was arranged instead of a sleeper train.
I was especially grateful to you, Renata, for paying such close attention to the details. Your careful arrangements gave me peace of mind and allowed me to simply enjoy my time in Uzbekistan.

Thank you so much for our amazing tour of Uzbekistan! The trip exceeded our expectations.
All the hotels were clean, conveniently located with very good breakfast.
Our itinerary was modified to meet our requests to see Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva.
Express train Tashkent-Samarkand was comfortable and clean. Our drivers were always on time, polite, professional, and ready to accommodate our needs. The cars were sparkly clean, we had bottled water, AC for pleasant rides.
Our guides were knowledgeable and we felt during excursions very welcomed to Uzbekistan.
Architecture, people, safety, warmth of every place we visited are unforgettable.
Oh, and of course local food! Plov, somsa, manty, tea, dried fruit; fresh strawberries and Samarkand halva - we definitely have to see Uzbekistan again!

The tour was excellent overall - definitely a 5-star experience. What I enjoyed most was the flexibility. Within reason, the guides and the driver were very accommodating and helped me think through the options so I could make the best decisions on a daily basis. That made the whole trip feel more personalised and comfortable.
The quality of the guides, transportation, and accommodation was excellent. The guides, and especially the driver, were knowledgeable, flexible, and genuinely warm, kind people, which made a real difference throughout the journey.
The itinerary was very well balanced and enjoyable. You helped me configure it so that it would be fast-paced, and that was exactly what I wanted, so in that sense it matched my expectations very well.
