The tour went smoothly and we were very satisfied. The guides were all knowledgeable and helpful, and the hotels, transportation, and drivers were excellent. We had a bit of a communication issue with the driver in Khiva since he didn’t speak English, but other than that, everything was fine.
As for the itinerary, the timing was just right; only the Aral tour was a bit challenging, given the long drive over two days.
Thank you also for your support during the tour.

We want to thank you for the perfect organization and all the suggestions given for the perfect itinerary for our family.
Timings to visit everything were perfect.
The hotel suggested were all very good; the only one we wouldn't rate 5/5 Is the one in Khiva, as we informed the reception about the fact that the bath was broken and dangerous (one side of the plastic wall covering the bath was continuously falling down risking to break our feet) but they didn't repair It (we then read other opinions on TripAdvisor and discovered the problem was already known but unsolved).
Train was perfect as well as transfers.
Farid has been our driver for most of the trip and we really appreciated his professionality, the fact he spoke a very good English and was always supportive in giving us suggestions to plan the road trip at the best.
The car was also very comfortable too and we Always had water at our disposal.
For what concerns Guided Tours, a special mention to Jazeera at Aral and in Nukus and to the Ladies in Samarkand. They were really wonderful, professional and very well prepared:
* Jazeera gave us a lot of info regarding not only Aral but also about Karakalpakstan culture, mixing not only history but also legends.
* Malika, the guide on the first day in Samarkand, spoke also a really good Italian and was also helpful in changing money at the bank and solving a very little personal inconvenient we had (and needed therefore to find a Pharmacy).
* The lady on the third day in Samarkand (unfortunately we don't remember the name, as the guide was not the one communicated below in the program) was really engaging with her way of explaining things, that caught the interest of our children (She was previously a teacher, as she told us, dealing with young people, and this was really a plus. We really had fun during the city tour).
Moreover, we want to thank you for the suggestion given in Khiva, about Restaurant LaTerrazza, were we had dinner at our Son's Birthday: It has been perfect!

Overall, the tour was good. Some hotels were not up to standard, specifically, Asia Khiva. Bad roads made the long drives more tiring. We took Sharq train from Samarkand to Tashkent and it was slow and boring. In general, our experience was pleasant.
